Nithi's Heart Attack was originally planed to grand release on January 11th as Sankaranthi special and though due to heavy competation from one and Yevadu movies this movie has droped from the Audio launch which planned for Dec 8th and now,the Movie was currently under Post - Production workds and also Nithi's Dubbing was also under the way , makers are planning to release the movie on January 31st 2014.
