Understanding the mood of Telugu audiences became a daunting task for film makers as intelligently crafted films are always biting the dust. After watching the fate of '1' the other day, same doubts are being raised about 'Yevadu' too.
Mahesh and Sukumar have delivered '1 Nenokkadine' to make audiences taste a different psychological thriller for sure. But the movie got panned by critics and audiences alike due to lack of gripping intensity and entertainment quotient. To our surprise, even Yevadu is also a similar intelligent thriller and revenge drama. Like in '1', hero chases for goons and kills them one by one in 'Yevadu' too. At the same time, comedy part is quite low in Yevadu and same is the case with 1 too. Looking at all these common factors, we'll get doubts if the fate of both '1' and 'Yevadu' might go hand in hand.
