The formation of separate state of Telangana is going to happen in few hours. The T bill is going to pass in Rajya Sabha at 4 pm however the TDP MP CM Ramesh has protested in the Rajya Sabha at the same time TDP Sujana Chowdhary went to chairman and tried to pull out ther T bill from his hand however the security persons who present at the scene prevented himfrom taking the bill. The Rajya Sabha has been adjoured to 4 pm and it going to pass under any circumstances. On other side Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has announced his resignation and said he is resignintion because of bificuration of state. He is going to announce shortly the future course of action. It is unfortunate the congress Government is dividing the state.a
